Heavy rain will continue today.
Total rainfall amounts by this evening will range between 40 and 70 mm, however, some areas along the eastern Rockies could see up to 100 mm.
Heavy wet snow is also expected over higher terrain today. Local snowfall amounts may reach or exceed 10 cm by this evening for elevations above 1700 m.

Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible. Be prepared for possible winter conditions at higher elevations.
